Very simple but nice dish, Roasted Cod with lobster emulsion and Sauce Meuniere

This is a dish I have been working on and will be involved in a new tasting menu in some way, may not be as posted.  It is an Avocado Torchon set atop puffed coconut rice, Herbs and vegetables from Motley Farms, a strawberry fluid gel, maldon, and good olive oil
