I just was playing around with this on Saturday, Hearts of Palm in brown butter, with corn custard (caramelized corn milk,) with a black garlic cream and local sage flowers and chervil

This is a dish I have been working on and will be involved in a new tasting menu in some way, may not be as posted.  It is an Avocado Torchon set atop puffed coconut rice, Herbs and vegetables from Motley Farms, a strawberry fluid gel, maldon, and good olive oil
